The terms and conditions below apply to all deliveries from Beslag Online. The terms and conditions apply when there are no other written agreements between you and Beslag Online.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible, but not earlier than the following day after you place your order.
Delivery & Shipping
The delivery time is based on the products/articles you have ordered. In our web shop the estimated delivery time for each product is stated. That delivery time applies unless stated otherwise by Beslag Online. Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.
When we begin to process your order (usually the first business day following your order), the exact delivery date will be sent to you via SMS/e-mail (if mobile number is provided with the order). At the same time, Beslag Online sends an e-mail with further information regarding delivery date. This does not apply if the articles are backorder listed with Beslag Online or for special orders.
In exceptional cases, there can be some discrepancies or delays that affect the entire order or parts thereof, so Beslag Online kindly asks you not to book any tradesmen on the day of the expected delivery. Beslag Online will not compensate for lost time with your tradesman due to delayed delivery.
Delivery of goods from Beslag Online is considered finished when the customer has received their order. The designated carrier is responsible for the shipping of the products and the agreement between Beslag Online and the carrier applies.
Documentation and guidance
If product descriptions and manuals are available for a product, these can be found under the product in the web shop. Beslag Online guarantees that all our products meet the requirements for CE marking.
Beslag Online reserves the right to offer an alternative product to an ordered product, provided that the product can be fully equated with the order. The customer will never be disadvantaged and the customer may choose to return the alternative product should they not be completely satisfied.
Any flaws and defects regarding Beslag Online products must be reported within a reasonable period of time after the defect has been discovered. It is the customer’s responsibility to report the defect and describe how the defect occurred. Should you encounter a flaw or defect, kindly contact Beslag Online as soon as possible. In general, you are only able to claim a product within two years after it has been delivered to you. Regarding products with a limited lifetime, the possibility to lodge a claim is limited to the lifetime guaranteed by us at Beslag Online.

According to the Consumer Sales Act, you as a consumer have 2 years’ warranty, which means you can have the product repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or to a reduced price on presentation of flaw or defect. It must be clear that the product is defective in order to invoke our claims policy.
Beslag Online cannot be held liable for the customer placing the correct order in the web shop. It is always the customer’s responsibility that the placed order at www.Beslagonline.com is filled out correctly. There will be no compensation of financial losses in conjunction with any delayed deliveries. This applies regardless of whether it is the carrier or Beslag Online that bears the responsibility for the delay.
Note that the carriers don’t always manage to deliver on the exact delivery date, as there could be a delay/postponing. It is therefore advisable to place your order early. The items will be sent to the address specified in the order, if possible. Should an order/delivery be too large to be delivered to a mailbox, or if you’re not at home the order will be sent to the closest post office/postal service agent. In this case, a notification will be sent via SMS/e-mail (with information about where to pick up the package).

Products can be returned according to the following agreement:
Beslag Online offers a 14 days’ return policy, applicable from the day you receive your order. Should you have a change of heart, you need to notify Beslag Online within 14 days. It is the customer’s duty to return the products in the same condition and quantity as when they were delivered by Beslag Online. Thus, Beslag Online does not approve of damaged items or if they differ in quantity. Example: if you purchase 10 pcs of handles but can only return 9 pcs, we will not accept your return. The reason is that our supplier only accepts full quantities, meaning a complete order.
Note that if a product has more than 14 days’ return policy, it will be specified on that specific product.
The buyer will bear any costs for returning the products, and will not be refunded by Beslag Online.

Should there be any discrepancies in price, delivery time or other circumstances, Beslag Online reserves the right to modify this afterwards. We will contact and inform you should this happen. You will then have the option to change or cancel your order
