At what height should the toilet paper holder be mounted?

Toilet roll holder, toilet paper holder or wc paper holder, dear child has many names and can sometimes be challenging to place. The toilet paper holder should be mounted at a comfortable height in relation to the toilet seat that is easy to reach and within reach when you sit. A standard benchmark is that the toilet paper holder is usually placed 70cm from the floor. The most important thing is that the roll is within reach and can be rolled out without problems.

The constant question that comes up, the truth is that there is no right or wrong way to hang the toilet roll, but there is one way that is overrepresented. An American survey showed that 70% prefer when the paper is rolled above the roller, and not as many prefer when the paper is rolled in against the wall.

There is no right or wrong; hang the toilet roll in the direction you think is right. At your home, it might be 100% right to hang the toilet roll against the wall; only you know!

Where can you place a soap pump holder?

You can attach soap pump holders in the shower, over the sink, in the bathroom for the soap pump and hand cream, or in the kitchen for dish soap and soap. - it is only your imagination and your needs that set the limits!

If you place the soap pump holder in the shower, the recommended height is approx. 10-15cm above or at the height of the mixer.

Where should the shower shelf be placed?

If you want to place the shelf in the shower, the optimal height is 100-130cm from the floor. It should be easy to reach for everyone in the household.

What height should bathroom hooks have?

Hooks in the bathroom often have different purposes and are therefore placed at different heights. At the sink, bathroom hooks are placed 10-20cm above the commode, either to the right or left of, usually between 85-100cm from the floor.

Outside the shower, you like to place the hooks a little higher because the bath towels should be able to hang freely and not drag on the floor; we recommend you mount the bathroom hooks 160cm from the floor.

Choose between drilling or using self-adhesive hooks in your bathroom. Both advantages exist; if you choose self-adhesive hooks, you avoid visible screws, even drilling and screwing. You can easily replace and change location without damaging your tiles!

How high should the towel rack be placed?

Placement of the towel rail can vary, and so can the height. A standard tip to start regarding how high up on the wall you should place the towel bar is that it should be practical and easily accessible to take down and hang up the towels.

If it is a simple hand shower rail to be installed, we recommend placing it 100cm above the floor. If you mount two towel rails above each other, we recommend you start with the first one at 90cm above the floor, fold a towel and start from its length, +5 cm, to find the most optimal height and spacing adapted to your towels.

At what height should you place a wall-hung toilet brush?

A wall-hung toilet brush is usually mounted 10-15cm from the floor. Starting from where the joint on your tiles is and using that as a guide, mount your adhesive toilet brush above or below the joint. Having a benchmark makes it easier for a straight assembly.
